A Green Space

Between Quincy Market and the North End, there's a new green space. There are fountains and long stretches of grass - all above a highway!

In the background, you can see Boston's famed Union Oyster House and behind it, City Hall.

Fall is Slowly Coming

Fall is coming . . . slowly. Took this picture outside Boston Old City Hall. Hopefully, cooler weather will come and we can see some wonderful fall foliage!

Prelude to Love

I took a walk through Little Italy again. I love the small roads - you never know what you will find!

I saw this sign on a restaurant awning, and was confused at first.Prelude to love? It's at Maria's Restaurant, an Italian place. I could think that it meant if you ate here, you will find or get love.

Black Cow

I was on my way to South Station, so I decided to pass through China Town. I've seen this sign before and always thought it was cute! Most of the window shades were closed, but I was able to snap a picture of the waiting area.


Even the seats are cowprint.
What do you think Black Cow is?

It's an architectural firm. What an interesting name!
