Welcome to Sachuest Beach in Rhode Island!

This is near Newport, a famous resort time. Today it was quite foggy on the beach but the water was warm. There were lots of people - from New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts, all over.

Colombian Food コロンビア料理

I went to a Colombian restaurant for the first time.
I ate "Bistec Caballo." It is a steak with an onion sauce on top,
served with some salad, fried bananas, fried eggs, beans and rice.
It was good, but a bit heavy for a dinner.
I wonder how all the Colombians can eat this and still remain skinny?

Martha's Vineyard.

This island is off of Cape Cod, in the southern part of Massachusetts.
It is famous for it's historical whaling tradition. It is a popular tourist destination in the summer. You can see the nice towns such as
Edgartown and the cute houses there. You can also go to the beach.

It takes about 50-90 minutes by ferry.

American Breakfast アメリカの朝食

An American breakfast on the weekend. There is French toast with raspberry/strawberry/blackberry compote with bacon and eggs.
The other dish is chocolate chip pancakes with sausages and eggs. Don't they look mouthwatering?!

Celtic's Parade セルティックスのパレード

The Boston Celtics, the basketball team, won the championship after waiting for 22 years. To celebrate, the team had a parade through Boston. The parade went through Tremont Street and by Boston Common, the first public park in the US. The park starts near the church in the first picture. The bottom picture shows part of the old city hall chapel.
