Early Dusk at Government Center

One thing I hate about this time of year is that it gets darker earlier - around 4:30 to 5 pm!



I took this while walking past Government Center. The building to the left is City Hall. Tomorrow is an election day - mayor as well as new senator. Tomorrow the plaza will probably be full of news reporters.

Rugby Window

While taking a walk on Newbury Street, I passed by Ralph Lauren's Rugby store. I was instantly attracted to the window! It was a really well-done display of autumn colors and fashion, especially since the shop is in Boston.

For those fans of Boston cream pie and donuts, Dunkin Donuts has just for this week the Boston Scream!



It's a regular Boston cream pie donut, with a drizzle of orange icing. The donut got messed up in the bag, so the top doesn't look perfect.

I didn't eat the whole thing - I shared it with a friend, so don't worry. It was good.
