Last weekend I had the chance to visit the Boston Flower & Garden Show at the Seaport World Trade Center. It was my first time to visit it, and I was delighted that I went!

There were many garden exhibits by local garden design firms/landscapers, as in the above picture.

It was crowded everywhere.

For my dessert fans, there were cakes with the flower theme. No, I couldn't eat the cake - they were just for display, but I wanted to!

There were exhibits of prize winning plants and flowers, such as this cactus.

There were also bushes and shrubs shaped like animals!

All in all, it was a great day and I think I have to go again next year!

Hi Mark,
You visit to flower and garden show?
Thank you for showing us your photos.
The first one looks like Japanese garden, doesn't it?
Which country's garden is it?
Many people visited the show?
Is the show popular in Boston?
Third photo is beautiful!
Were flowers on real cake?
It is good for wedding!!
I was surprised at the last photo!
I don't have an idea match plant with alligator.
Do you grow any plants in your garden?

Hi Green! Yes, some gardens had a Japanese/Eastern feel to them.
Many of the gardens did not represent countries; they represented different flowers and trees that were more suitable for New England.
A lot of people visited the show; it was held for several days and every day it was packed. It is a popular event.
There were no real flowers on that cake; all were cake/candy creations.
I don't have much of a garden; in the summer, I have some tomato plants and some bell pepper plants, that is it.
How about you Green?

Hi, Mark
How are you doing?

The cactus was gotten the prize is not a typical image of it for me. The orange color is so unique and gorgeous!!

The alligator in the last picture is amazing! It looks that it’s good at wriggling.

Hi Ryoko! I am doing well. How are you?
Yes, I love the color on the cactus. It was amazing to see the orange colors on several other species.
I almost missed the alligator. A woman was walking by and she pointed out the alligator to her son. I looked down and there it was. It is probably excellent at wriggling and maybe even biting!=)
