I was at the supermarket today, and I noticed the variety of teas. There is a lot! Even in ordinary supermarkets.
There are many herbal teas with all kinds of flavors: orange, raspberry, green tea, blueberry, lemon, chamomile, rose, mint...the list goes on. So many to try! I can't wait for the winter!

I went to a Colombian restaurant for the first time.
I ate "Bistec Caballo." It is a steak with an onion sauce on top,
served with some salad, fried bananas, fried eggs, beans and rice.
It was good, but a bit heavy for a dinner.
I wonder how all the Colombians can eat this and still remain skinny?
