It was a really nice fall day. Not too cold with the sun out. The leaves have started to change into golds, oranges and reds. Most of the apples had been picked already or were damaged by rain storms earlier the week. I did manage to get a bag of nice apples. What should I make with them? Any suggestions?

Did you went apple picking?
The orchard is near your house?
How large are apples in the US?
I remember that apple in　the US is smaller than Japanese one.
Janpanese apple is as big as softball or baseball.

Did you already cook them?
I know many American mom good at bake apple pie!

Hi Green. Yes, I went apple picking at an orchard near my house. It was very busy. I was going to get a pumpkin too, but it was really busy, and I didn't want to wait.

As for apple size, there were some that were quite big. The ones I got were smaller than a softball or a baseball.

I haven't cooked them yet. I have several recipes in mind. Apple crumble, caramel apple pie, apple bread pudding. I can't decide what I want.

I know many American mom good at ...
many American moms are good at baking apple pie.

I have my costume for Halloween! I will tell you more about it later, towards Halloween's date. I am ready for Halloween. It is one of my favorite holidays!
What are they doing at Disneyland?
