A Riddle for Halloween

It's the week of Halloween! One of my favorite times of the year. Lots of costumes and lots of chocolate and candy everywhere!

Every day this week I will post a Halloween riddle or joke along with a Halloween card. The answer will be at the end of the week only. Readers can rate the Halloween cards from 1 (not cute/scary) to 5 (very cute/scary). Readers can post their answers in the comment section. At the end of the week, I will reveal the answers and 1 winner will receive all the cards!

Cupcake from Boston Common

I met up with a friend for coffee at Boston Common Coffee. My friend had recommended it, so I thought I would try it.



I ended up getting tea - Mint Tea - and my friend got iced green tea. We shared a cupcake as well. It looked wonderful in the display cabinet, but when we split it, it was really dry. The icing was creamcheesy and lemony, but a little dry too. Maybe it had been sitting there all day? I am not sure. I should check it out in the morning the next time!

Boylston & Copley

On my way to the library, I took a picture of the Old South Church at the corner of Boylston and Dartmouth at Copley Square. Boston is full of churches of all denominations. This church was build in 1873, and it is now a National Historic Landmark.

On the same street is a mix of building styles. The Charlesmark Hotel is a boutique hotel, one of the many dotting the city.
